Data controller

The data controller is Nanette Mans. Requests or questions about your data can be sent to info@nanettemans.com.

What data we process

Through the contact form we process your name, email address and the content of your message. We also temporarily process technical data such as your IP address and browser type for abuse prevention.

Purposes and legal basis

We process this data in order to respond to your message and to stay in contact with you. The legal basis for this is your consent when submitting the form (art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in responding (art. 6(1)(f)) (article 6 GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Messages are delivered by email via an SMTP mail server and stored locally on our own server. The media page shows Spotify clips (Spotify embeds): when these load, your browser connects to Spotify, which thereby receives your IP address. The agenda is populated from a Google Calendar; this happens server-side, and no visitor data is sent to Google. Spotify embeds may process data outside the EU. Fonts are loaded locally (no Google Fonts).

Retention period

Contact messages are kept for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted, unless a legal retention obligation requires a longer period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can submit a request for this via info@nanettemans.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Cookies

This website does not place any tracking cookies of its own. Spotify may place its own cookies when you play a clip.
